Seen This Message: "Restricted Site!" Warning in FireFox and IE8?

I've noticed this strange error message on a red background whilst i was surfing the web, mainly on social media sites. If you've seen this, and cannot temporarily gain access to a website, try this tip until your Anti-Virus / Spyware provider update their definition and fix the problem.

Use IP address instead of the URL:

Select Run from the Windows Start Menu:
Type in CMD
This opens a command prompt window
Type in ping sitename.com
Wait for your machine to ping the site and return a reply.

In that reply there is the sites IP address
Open your browser and enter http://enter the IP address here and your site should open.

If you know more about this problem or other ways of resolving it, please share!

FIXED!!!! microsoft Security Essentials did the trick. The file we want to kill is \system32\helper32.dll. remove it and you are done.
